This bus tour includes Villa Borghese park, Castel Sant'Angelo, St. Peter's Basilica (visit) with Michelangelo's Pieta, Piazza Navona with Bernini's Fountain of Four Rivers, Pantheon (visit) intended by Emperor Hadrian to have the biggest dome in the world, Piazza Colonna, and Trevi Fountain (visit).
Lunch.
Crossing the Quirinal Square with the presidential palace, we arrive at Piazza Venezia, with the Monument to Victor Emanuel II, the "Vittoriano." The tour continues on foot to the Capitoline Hill where we can admire the view over the Roman Forum. We will then walk along Via dei Fori Imperiali and admire the ruins of Julius Caesar's Forum, Trajan's Forum, and Augustus' Forum. Next stop will be in front of the Colosseum. On the Colosseum square we can also see the Constantine Triumph Arch. Then we will proceed by bus to the Basilica St. Paul's-outside-the-walls.
At the end of the tour return to hotels and Vastour's bus terminal.
